Recording sessions began in New York in October 1965 with numerous backing musicians. and later moved to the CBS studios in Nashville. Tennessee. Featuring some of Dylan's most sprawling. daring songs. the album made a new path for Dylan. and was his last album for a few years following his famous motorcycle crash.
